  • VeggieChallenge.us - Whether you’re going fully plant-based or simply adding more plant-based meals to your week, this flexible challenge offers daily tips, delicious recipes, and helpful encouragement. It’s a great way to improve your health while also making sustainable, planet-friendly food choices.
  • Daily Dozen App – Based on Dr. Michael Greger’s research, this free app helps families track healthy habits and explore plant-based foods by focusing on what to eat more of each day for optimal health.

Simple Tips to Get Started at Home

  • Make easy swaps. Use plant-based milk (like oat, almond, or soy) instead of dairy milk, and try beans, lentils, or ground plant-based meat in place
  • of ground beef for tacos, pasta, or chili. For breakfast, Just Egg is a great alternative to chicken eggs for scrambles or breakfast sandwiches.
  • Eat the rainbow. Aim for colorful fruits and vegetables every day—each color brings its own health benefits!
  • Add greens to your smoothies. Spinach, kale, or even zucchini blend right in and boost the nutrition without changing the taste.
