Admissions Process

Solid Rock welcomes all prospective applicants and families. We seek to admit students who show the potential to grow significantly while at Solid Rock Community School. Each applicant must show a willingness and desire to attend SRCS.

We aim to make the admissions process as smooth and flexible as possible.

  1. Initial Contact
    • Parents reach out via phone, email, or an  online inquiry  to express interest in the school. The admissions team provides basic information and schedules a tour or meeting.
  2. Flexible Order: Application and Tour
    • Application Submission: Parents   create an account  to submit the application form along with any required documents.
    • Campus Tour: Families visit the school to tour the campus, meet staff, and learn about the school’s philosophy, programs, and policies. This step includes time for questions and discussion.
  3. As Needed and Scheduled
    • Student Assessment: If applicable, the prospective student participates in an academic evaluation, often scheduled during the campus visit, to determine proper placement.
    • Interview (if required): An interview with the student and/or parents may be conducted on the same day as the tour or assessment or scheduled for a later date.
  4. Decision and Enrollment
    • Decision Notification: The admissions team reviews the application and notifies families of the decision within a few days.
    • Enrollment Contract and Fees: Once accepted, families complete the enrollment application, enrollment contract, submit necessary fees, and secure the student’s spot at the school.

This flexible approach allows families to complete the process in the order that works best for them while ensuring a comprehensive admissions experience. The process can go rather quickly, but it is vital to make sure the school is a good match for the student and vice versa. Accepted families must complete their enrollment contract within ten working days. A student’s enrollment space will not be held until an enrollment contract is completed, signed, and submitted.
