Mission Statement

The mission of Solid Rock Community School is to honor the uniqueness of the students by trusting their natural, God-given abilities, respecting them as individuals, and providing them with educational opportunities in which equal status is given to all pursuits. We provide a learning environment that challenges every student’s intellectual potential, nurtures their personal development, equips them to pursue their goals, and encourages them to be responsible, involved citizens.

Solid Rock Community School is a private not for profit interdenominational Christian school that is dedicated to providing a challenging educational program that meets the needs of our students’ academic, social, physical, and emotional needs. We provide a firm foundation, not only for success in school, but also for success in a very challenging world.

Statement of Faith

Solid Rock Community School is not affiliated with any particular Christian denomination.  The foundation of this group is Jesus Christ whom we claim as our Lord and Savior. We believe the Bible to be divinely inspired and the only infallible, authoritative, inerrant Word of God. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His divine miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
